Mike Nelson
Mike is a retired master plumber, and thirty-plus years of reading blueprints, thinking three steps ahead, and staying calm under pressure taught him exactly how to run complex logistics smoothly. He now brings that same precision to ocean cruises (Disney, luxury, and mainstream lines), all-inclusive getaways, group travel, and sports adventures; the trips where he makes sure every transfer, reservation, and excursion simply shows up on time.
Sue Nelson
Sue is a senior HR leader of twenty-plus years, and two decades spent reading what people really want, managing complex logistics, and navigating rooms where everyone needs something different turned out to be near-perfect training for bespoke travel design. She specializes in European river cruises and slow, immersive, multi-country European travel; the kind of trip with pasta-making lessons from an Italian grandmother, private castle tours in France, and unhurried weeks on the Greek islands most people skip. She’s a member of the Travel Leaders Network, which is where a lot of the supplier access and client perks come from.
